RETURN TIMEFRAME
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the notebook must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- If the notebook is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Searspartsdirect will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (for example, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
RETURN METHOD AND LABEL
All returns must be shipped by mail. A return label may be provided upon request. Please ensure the notebook is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
