Returns
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your materials or parts must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and contained in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Custom-cut or custom-ordered materials and parts
- Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer
- Electrical components that have been opened or used
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@searspartsdirect.shop. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable. Returns submitted without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In the case of our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Once your returned materials or parts are received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2 days after return approval. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other payment method used via Stripe). Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@searspartsdirect.shop.
Exchanges or Damaged Products
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a material or part for a different size, type, or specification, you will need to return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the item you want.
If you receive a damaged material or part (e.g., cracked, broken, missing pieces, incorrect dimensions, or manufacturing defects), please contact us immediately upon delivery. Provide detailed information about the damage along with clear photos. We will request that you keep the original packaging and the damaged item as evidence. Based on our review, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
